Our current production time is 2-3 weeks + ship time. Once your order has been handmade and shipped out, it will take 2-5 business days to get from us to you if you're within the US, and 2-4 weeks if you're outside of the US!

Simply send us an email, and we'll send the instructions on where to send it back. We want you to love your jewelry forever, and never let it look anything but brand new and shiny!

Worried you might not totally love your jewelry? Well we doubt that will happen - but - you can return any order (yes even custom orders!) within 10 business days upon receiving the piece for any reason, and receive a refund with a 15% re-stocking fee deducted to sanitize and recycle your piece. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the postage in sending their return back.
