How does your sizing work and how do I figure out my size? 

• Our rings are all handmade custom to order to true US ring size. We highly suggest getting sized at a professional jewelry counter which will be most accurate, but you can search online printable ring sizers for other great options!

 

Do your rings contain nickel? 

• Nope! All of our jewelry is made from the highest quality .925 sterling silver, gold fill or vermeil gold (solid gold over sterling silver) materials. Nickel is what can turn your skin green if you have an allergy to it, and we thought you'd be better off wearing quality jewelry, skipping the green fingers! 

 

When will my order ship?

• As each piece is made from scratch, custom to order, by our owner & founder Nicole, our current production time on each order is 6-9 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a notification by email with your shipment confirmation, along with your tracking number. 

 

What if my ring doesn't fit? 

• We fully understand how hard it is to get your sizing right, especially while ordering online. Ring sizes can be tricky, so we offer a lifetime warranty on each piece covering cleanings, polishings, re-pairs and you guessed it - re-sizing. You simply send us a message regarding the size issue, and we will send over the instructions on where and how to send your piece back for a re-sizing, or whatever service you'd like done! 

 

Do you take custom orders? 

• We're currently closed for custom orders but will update this section and post on social media when we're ready to take on more custom pieces!
