 When will my order ship?

• Once you've placed your order, it will take us approximately 2-3 weeks to hand make your piece(s), pack them up and get them in the mail. Please note that you can choose your own shipping method at checkout but this does not speed our 2-3 week production time up. 

How does your sizing work and how do I figure out my size? 

• Our rings are all handmade custom to order to true US ring size. We highly suggest getting sized at a professional jewelry counter which will be most accurate, but you can search online printable ring sizers for other great options!

 

Do your rings contain nickel? / Will your jewelry turn my skin green?

• Nope! All of our jewelry is made from the highest quality .925 sterling silver, and 14k gold fill materials. Nickel is what can turn your skin green if you have an allergy to it, and we thought you'd be better off wearing quality jewelry, skipping the green fingers!  

What if my ring doesn't fit? 

• We fully understand how hard it is to get your sizing right, especially while ordering online. If you receive your piece and it isn't a perfect fit, please send us a message request or email us directly at calliejewelry@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order so we can swap the size out for you!  

Do you take custom orders? 

• We do not accept custom orders, but we can modify a piece to create a different finish on a band, or swap a stone size out for something smaller or larger, just shoot us an email with your request! 

What is your return policy? 

• If you would like to return your Callie Jewelry piece(s) please reach out to us at hello@calliejewelry.com within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund and we will send you a free return label (domestic orders only). Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving the piece back. Shipping fees are non-refundable for both domestic and international orders. For international returns, you are responsible for shipping the piece(s) back to us and paying for that postage.
